I have brought my daughters older high mileage cars & vans to AE Auto Care and they have always been friendly, honest and fair about the cost of the repairs! I repaired my own vehicles when I was younger and know when a mechanic and/or shop is trying to take advantage of someone they don't! They had my daughter’s car repaired in a timely fashion, gave me a full report and now even have a online program that I can login into so I can review all repairs to our vehicles! I had trouble with my 2011 Ford Escape hesitating and stalling. After dropping it off on Saturday (they are closed Saturdays), Steve called Monday morning with an update, solution and I had my car back Monday evening. I am new to Livonia and relied on reviews from Livonia FB posts and couldn't be happier. Straight forward and didn't try to upsell. My first contract was with Lisa on the phone. She was friendly, helpful and took me through the steps. Steve and his crew delivered. My car is running great! I highly recommend.

I normally do brake work myself but the car has severe rust on those components and I decided to turn that hell over to someone else. As usual price was what I expected and quality of work excellent....as expected. They have cared for my son's company vehicles and were never disappointed on those. I trust them.
