AI continues to provide consistent and reliable service for maintenance as well as any additional repairs required for both of my vehicles. Very trustworthy as they are honest about what service is required and do not try to find additional items which would inflate the charges incurred. When additional service may be required outside of the normal maintenance items the explanation is clear and emphasizes potential safety concerns which need to be addressed. The level of competence in completing all of the work required is consistently at the highest standard.

I have been a customer of Automotive Instincts for more than 25+ years. They are the best. Unlike dealerships, they do not “push work”. For about the last 6+ months, they have been monitoring a potential $500 repair, and they keep telling me, it’s fine, we’ll check on it next time you come in, unlike dealerships who say “it can go out anytime”. When ever I go to Automotive Instincts I am sure that my car will receive a thorough check-up. If there is any item that needs service I am told when I need to replace/repair the part. Sometimes they watch an item and let me know when the time has arrived to repair. They have been my mechanics for 25 years.

As per usual, my experience went very well. They were ready and fully knowledgeable about why I was there and answered my concerns about my car. They were able to take care of the additional work efficiently and had my car ready when I needed it. I always recommend them without hesitation to everyone I know. I am so happy I found Automotive Instinct and working with Edwin along with Steve. They provide amazing service whenever I have an issue with my car, my wife car or my dad car. They replaced my dad catalytic converter and installed the CAT Shield. They check my wife car AC system for her and recommended that the dealership looks at it due to known deflects. They just finish replacing my whole timing belt because it was leaking. Edwin kept me inform through ever process and made sure to be careful with my car since I asked him to. I got my brake pads changed at this shop before and if I had any squeaking noise, they were quick to take a look at it and solve the issue with no charge. I'll be sure to take all my car business and tell everyone I know to come here.
