Mark, the owner is a very honest and thorough diesel chief. My truck was in had shape having and mark correctly diagnosed it and fixed it. He's a guy who will shoot straight with ya. He's a self starting business owner with a growing business. They doesn't happen by taking advantage of your customer and not fixing the problem

I contacted Diesel Works about our flagship vehicle at EOPG.org, Mark the owner immediately got back to me. mark stated they specialize in all diesel repairs and maintenance. When I arrived at Diesel Works I was greated by a friendly staff. Mark along with Jeremy got to work right away on our vehicle, fixing it in a timely manor. If you want to be treated better than the typical dealership please send all your Diesel work to these group of professionals. You will not be disappointed! I was amazed at the cleanliness of the entire large shop that appears that they could tackle any sized rig. The friendly office staff explain in detail what parts you will need and the cost upfront before any labor is conducted on your vehicle. I have a 2011 F250 with the 6.7 diesel and a check engine light came on Sunday. I took the truck into a local (DMD) Ford Dealership in Fort Worth first thing Monday morning to have it checked out. They pointed out that I would be charged a minimum of $199 just for the troubleshooting process. The service advisor, Pete, acted like I was bothering him being there, never smiled, never Thanked me for coming in. Kind of a jerk. No one else said a word to me. I got a bad vibe from the place. The girl cashier was the only friendly person I encountered. Tuesday afternoon I called after not hearing a peep from them and they said it would be a couple more days before they even got a chance to look at it. I called their courtesy van driver and had him pick me up and I took my truck home. I decided to use this local Fort Worth shop, Diesel Works. They seemed to have a lot of good reviews on several different websites so I dropped it off Wednesday morning, and I let them know that I needed it back soon so I could make it to a birthday event Friday in San Antonio with my wife. I got it back the next day all fixed up. Price was fair and the office folks were professional.

Mark has been working on my trucks for 5-6 years now. I have taken him every super duty ford from 7.3 to 6.7 and all in between. He has done all their oil changes and maintenance and upgrades. And everytime I've been impressed. He and his guys are very hard working. And would I recommend this place yes I already do to everyone.
