We were close to the end of a vacation and had one of the two vehicles breakdown. Called a few auto service places and could not even get a commitment to look at the car before we were scheduled to leave. Spoke to the folks at Morrison's and they said they could look at it and give an assessment of the problem by end of day, but very honestly said they could not promise a repair by the next day depending on the problem. I had the car towed in and got a call the next morning with the diagnosis and an estimate. They needed to replace the alternator. They gave me a fair price, good service and it was done when promised. It was a great help and allowed me to head home on time without a need to return to pick up the car. The whole experience was positive.
