I've been to Dr. Auto several times. I have a Kia Sorento. The first time I took it to them. They wro
te out exactly what needed to be done, but wanted me to check with Kia first to see if it was under warranty. It was under warranty for that, so I had Dr. Auto do the service. Somewhere in that, they found my engine was leaking oil. They called Kia for me to see what the warranty was. I was at about 95,000 miles. They also told me if I got it to Kia to start the process before I got to 100,000 miles, it would be covered. After several oil consumption tests at Kia, they ended up putting a new engine in under warranty. I was grateful for Dr. Auto steering me in the right direction I continue to get my oil change there on a regular basis. They are honest, dependable and reliable. I strongly recommend them.
