usually keep it! Customer service was responsive and when my insurance company saw the estimate was from Carstar, the agent went on and on about how wonderful a shop it is and how easy they made it for the insurance company. Staff were warm and professional. Mark communicated directly with my insurance, on our behalf, making life a little easier on these two septuagenarians. Fine work, fine folks. I highly recommend them. They really know what they're doing.

Something broke on the driver's side window of my daughter's Honda CRV, and the window would not clos
e. The Techs at Kevin's got it into the shop the next day and not only fixed that window, but fixed another one that had been working intermittently. This CRV is 20 years old, and ocassionally has minor issues like this, but otherwise still runs great. Thanks to Kevin's for the regular maintenance which is affordable and keeps it on the road!
