Service that left vehicle in worse condition
Summary.

Hyundai installed four new tires on my Elantra. All four tires were defective resulting in:

Drivers front tire blowing out while driving on the highway
Drivers rear tire blowing out at home in garage
Passenger front tire developing impact bubble
Passenger rear tire developing impact bubble

Either all four tires were manufacturer defects or each tire was installed incorrectly by St. Charles Hyundai. Whichever one it was is unacceptable from this dealership.

Whenever I'm there, and it's not often as my Sonata has given no problem in three years, I have a feeling I'm being dealt with in a fair and honest fashion. I have been in for oil changes and very minor recall work, every time a good experience.
