The service staff was very professional and courteous. The work was performed properly and efficiently. We just changed service dealerships recently and St. Charles is one of the best we ever used to service our vehicle.

I always encounter quick and courteous service when I bring in my vehicle for routine maintenance. The cost is usually higher than the chain competitors, but taking advantage of special promotions/coupons have helped.

The title has the assurance of their commitment to us with their car care.
When you drive into the service area you see how clean the place is. The place for the mechanics where the work is done is off to the side but has a viewing window. It also has a nice waiting area.

Poor service and response to why.
Had appointment, waited over a hour. Asked why and did not get a full answer. Service only took 10 min., then had to wait another 20 min. for the bill. Talked with the Service Manager, who was not friendly.
