Started with a phone call to Roadside service. They towed the car in as it had a flat tire. Not long after St Charles Hyundai got the car they called to let me know that the tire was unable to be plugged. They offered me a few options in which I opted for 2 new tires. They had it done within an hour. Thanks again.

Unbelievable Service
From the minute you drive in you are acknowledged. Whether it's Chris, Bob, or Brad they try to make your service experience exceptional. They always go that extra step to give you the best value for the dollar. Other Hyundai dealers in the area have tried to get my business. I am on my 5th Sonata since 1995 and won't go anywhere else. Jay the service director knows me by name and if he sees me waiting always comes by to make sure everything is being taken care of. Can't ask anything more than that.
