Staff was friendly, service was done right
I came in new tires, alignment and an oil change. From the beginning, the service manager was incredibly friendly and described what was going to be done and gave me an upfront cost before the work got started.

A Hyundai is a well built car that needs minimum maintenance, and provides reliable comfortable economic transportation. The sales process at St. Charles Hyundai is the most informative and honorable in the industry. They listen to you and respond very truthfully. They are very careful to be certain that you understand exactly the automobile specifics and financial specifics. They don't attempt to push you into unnecessary double coverage on warranty issues. Service is reliable and reasonably priced. I have yet to have a single mechanical problem not be solved easy by them in the 10 years I have had this vehicle. because of this car, my wife drive a Santa Fe Sport. She lovers it and they take the care of her SUV.

Very friendly & adequate service people.
I was shocked to find out that to install an air filter & a cabin filter the labor was $39.30 plus the cost of the 2 filters. I'm sure that to complete this only took 5 minutes or so. Also, I needed to replace a tire due to a nail puncture & the labor to take off the old tire & replace with a new one was only $19.00. I really don"t understand the your labor pricing as it took much longer to replace the tire as it did to replace 2 air filters. The next time I need air filters I will definitely be installing them myself. This should not be a reflection on both Brad & Tyler as they were very good at explaining what needed to be done.
