Greeted quickly. Explained what was going to happen. Showed me to the waiting area. While there someone came by and offered me water and a chance to change the television channels if I wanted very helpful friendly and we were done quickly

I'm always impressed with the service department at St. Charles Hyundai. Typically, I bring my vehicle in for the usual, oil and filter change, however this time, I was in need of some diagnostic AC work. They were able to find the problem quickly, and got it fixed in less than the quoted time.
