Do I need an appointment?
I had an appointment and showed up on time but there were several cars in the receiving bay, this left me confused and asking if i actually needed an appointment? I don't know if all of those cars had an appointment (which is possible) and this could have been a normal experience but I thought it was a heavy inflow of cars at the time. I have had a great experience with the Hyundai Service department, they are always great to talk to and services are completed quickly.

Simple repair nicely done
Had a brake light go out 3 months into ownership of a new Elantra. Dealer replaced it, and everything went smoothly. Took about 45 minutes — I thought maybe they were washing the car, but they didn’t. There was coffee in the service lobby and a television. The staff member I interacted with was great.
