Service takes much too long. In-take people don't listen to what you tell them
Oil change took 2.75 hours. They were supposed to be fixing a bad rattle. They did the exact same thing as last time which I explained had not fixed the problem previously. I actually told them not to do that again, but they did. Never tested it to see if it had fixed the problem. Wasted 2.75 hour of my life to NOT get me car fixed

The service manager is terrific, as are the other employees. Waiting area is very nice -- comfortable seating, wifi, snack area, etc. I have always gotten quick service and quality care.
