I've always had good luck with my service appointments. All the writers and employees are friendly and informative. The only issue i've had is when I made an appointment in advance, they take much longer than i expect. The last 2 were speedy.

very accommodating
i had an appointment to get my radiator checked and it did have a leak. My technician found one at a local parts store and was able to get my car fixed that same day. He also saved me lots of money and time. I really appreciate that they go out of their way to help get you back on the road quickly and are mindful of your budget. Thanks for the great service !!!!!!!

Good
They did an oil change and checked my car to see why the rpm went away and when I had no acceleration from stop. Took awhile to get to 40 miles an hour from a stopped position. They couldn't duplicate the problem.

Precaution
Was disappointed that when I arrived I only saw 2 employees with masks and did not see them practicing 6 feet from each other. I'm in the high risk and glad I had my mask as it made me uncomfortable.

Extended Engine warranty
Although service is top notch, I really feel that when an engine is replaced under an extended warranty, due to known problems, then you get you vehicle back and the AC doesn't work (worked before engine blew) and you're told you have to pay for the repair, although you've been told that they had to take the entire unit off to replace the engine, really stinks. I'm not a mechanic but have talked to multiple shops and kind of feel like I've been taken. Lesson learned :(
