All Good
overall the place was clean, the people were friendly, they did the job in a timely manner. So it was all good in that sense. no complaints. I'll come back. One small issue is they didn't really explain the recall issue well. They apparently fixed it, but I really don't know what was fix or what was wrong.

Quality Oil Change Great Price.
Great job. Great value. My only disappointment is that when they replaced the tire stem they only put 30 psi in instead of 35 psi.

Quick Vehicle Inspection
Waited too late to get vehicle inspected before Juky ended. Called for appointment and was given a Saturday in August, and they work me in. Scheduler advised me it may be a long wait. I came prepared with a book to read. To my surprise, they had my car inspected within 90 minutes! The book was getting good and I had to leave! Haha. I'll take a St. Charles Automotive long wait any day! Thanks.

St. Charles Hyundai has provided quality service for our Hyundai Tucson since we purchased it 6 years ago. We have never experienced their service advisers/technicians recommending repairs that we considered unnecessary or felt like they were attempting to take advantage us.

Waiting a long time
It took 2.5 hours for an oil change. If I was notified when I arrived that they were backed up, I would of reschedule my oil change.
