Excellant servce and great people.
I will recommend this dealership to my friends. Mr. Brown and his service personnel have delivered excellent service every time. However, the Hyundai vehicles I can not recommend. I have a 2011 Sonata that has constant and ongoing recalls. The quality of Hyundai in this vehicle is beyond terrible. It is a disappointment to own. If this dealership sold another band of vehicle, I would have bought two more vehicles from them.

St. Charles Automotive is the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. Professional and friendly staff from top to bottom, in every area. Entire area of the building is always very clean and comfortable for customers waiting for service.

Quick oil change
I love the happy hour fridays where you can get a cheap oil change. Sometimes it takes time but this time I was in and out in what seemed less than 30 mins. My only thing was they forgot to change the oil tag reminder on the windshield. Otherwise these guys are great every time I’ve come here.

I am never sure when I will receive a free wash when I bring in my car. I thought it was with an appointment? I have friends who use other dealers and they always get their car back cleaned. I scheduled an appointment and was there approximately 1.5 hours. I left with a dirty car?

They greet you when you show up, ask what they can help you with, and are great explaining what the process is with your car. They make suggestions without being forceful, they let you decide on what is being done. Always seems honest in their assessments. Clean, relaxing place to wait.
