Great service
Went in for a oil change. When done one of the salesman who was helping me navigate the different features of the Genesis when the engine light went on. Pulled the car back into the service area where they diagnosed the problem. Had to order a part and furnished me with a car. Got a call the next morning that the part already came in and installed. Great service.

Did a great job fixing my car when it overheated on the road
I had a radiator hose get a hole and I had to have the car towed to the dealership. They gave me a courtesy car to use for the day and were able to fix it that day. They also told me that work that Dobb's told me was needed to pass inspection was not needed and not to have it done.

Great professional service
St. Charles Hyundai has a staff more trustworthy and customer friendly than other Hyundai dealers in the area to include Ballwin. I can count on the service to be done expeditiously, accurately, as promised in both price and quality. While others have used both misrepresented their product, service, and amenities. While I will probably buy my next vehicle from St. Charles Hyundai, I will not likely have any relationship with others.

Bob and Brad - Dynamic Duo!!!
Again, Bob made sure I was taking care of during my service visit. He spelled out everything and was up front and honest about my service request. Brad made the magic happen by fixing what I needed. I love to brag on both of them only because its true. When you have good people who work for it should be shared. But, everyone I came in contact with while waiting was very friendly as well.
