Professional, knowledgeable, and timely
We have purchased 2 of our 3 vehicles from St. Charles Hyundai and I am always impressed with their customer service and professionalism. Although I was only getting an oil change and state/emissions, the service department accomodated my request for a loaner vehicle in order for me to run errands. My husband and I are completely satisfied with not only this specific dealership, but the Hyundai Motor Company as well.

Never wash the car
Was told when we bought maintenance plan that they would give a free car wash when we brought it in to have oil changed. They have never washed it. NOT ONCE!
