I callled to schedule the oil change and tire rotation on Monday service rep said Wednesday am took phone number only ??when I got there Wed I was not on the schedule they took me in right away and completed the needed services thanks

Simple repair nicely done
Had a brake light go out 3 months into ownership of a new Elantra. Dealer replaced it, and everything went smoothly. Took about 45 minutes — I thought maybe they were washing the car, but they didn’t. There was coffee in the service lobby and a television. The staff member I interacted with was great.

Oil change maintenace.
I had the first two oil change servicing done at the Hyundai dealership in Wentzville, MO. I will not return there and am glad I went to St. Charles Hyundai where I purchased the vehicle. Here the individuals are more courteous and did not accuse me on mistreating my vehicle. The experience did not take very long at all to service my car.

"Complimentary wash and vacuum"
I come to the dealership for maintenance because I expect them to take care of my care better than anyone else, considering I bought from them. They did great work as far as my oil change, but they NEVER wash and vacuum my car afterwards even when they say it's "complimentary". I even kindly ask at each visit and they say they will, but they never do. This is at least the 5th time I have left upset because they haven't done what was promised!
