Shanna was super helpful and very kind
Shanna was super helpful and very kind. She made sure that I fully understood everything that was happening. She not only explained everything to me, but she ended up having to re-explain everything again to my husband. She never once made me feel like I was annoying for asking her what I would say were stupid questions. I am not a car person at all, but I never felt like I was taking up to much of her time. She made sure that I was happy with everything that was taking place.

My service rep, Cheyenna, was wonderful. I gave her all 5 stars in my previous review. I have no idea how it turned into a 2 star. I gave the service a 4 star because the window the glass company put in had a slight dent in the chrome trim. This had nothing to do with the service rep. The chrome was covered with tape until I took it off the following day and noticed the dent. She could not have possibly seen it. So Cheyenna gets a full five star rating! When Cheyenna learned of the small dent, she immediately took action to order a new part. Very good customer service!

I have used the Surprise Rodeo Hyundai Service Department for several years and have NEVER been disappointed with them. They are always professional and courteous. They are quick to answer questions and if they don’t have the answer, they will find it. They are so helpful and while waiting for service, they keep you updated with what is going on. I highly recommend them for all your service needs.

This was my first time visiting Rodeo Hyundai for a service appointment. My advisor was Cheyanna and she provided excellent customer service. She listened to my frustrations and concerns from a previous dealership. She made sure that I was treated with respect and kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle. Since it was my first visit to the service department she made sure to show me where the waiting area, bathrooms, coffee, and refreshments were located. The waiting area was a comfortable and clean environment. I will come back to Rodeo Hyundai for future service appointments because of Cheyanna's excellent customer service.

Best service for our vehicles EVER!!!
Ever since we moved to Arizona two years ago, we have had our maintenance done at Rodeo. Even though we live in Buckeye, we still drive there because every single person cares about our budgets and our vehicles. We enjoy the customer service and will continue to bring our vehicles in. When it’s time to replace one or more, it will be at Rodeo!!
