The service team at Parkway is excellent! Chris is very knowledgeable and always makes the customer feel appreciated and I am confident that the work will be done correctly and by a superb staff. Even the shuttle staff is great! All around, this a great business! I'd buy my next Hyundai from Parkway due to the excellent service department!

Dealership is honest and available!
Visit for service was quick. No car wash, but certificate given for free carwash at another vendor in town. No loaner vehicle provided, but quick completion was a tradeoff.

Best Hyundai Dealership Period !!!
Efficiency, knowledge,professionalism, Employee friendliness and turn around!! From setting appointment, check in, and going over each item that is to be addressed with my vehicle. They leave nothing out!! Will even recommend or explain reason for how it all works!! All the way to check out. This is by far the best dealership we have dealt with ever. Totally top drawer! Chris in Hyundai is our favorite . He treats everyone with class, knowledge and a smile!! Our only regret is Parkway Hyundai is not getting the newest Genesis Series...we do not understand as this is one of the top dealer in NC..
Prefer to do business with them. Please bring back these beautiful vehicles so we can keep doing business with Parkway Hyundai..
