Helpful and knowledgeable
The service team, Chris in particular, was very helpful when my vehicle needed servicing. I had my Santa Fe at a local mechanic and called the dealership to inquire about their price for the repair. Chris gathered my vehicle information and found that the repair was covered under the powertrain warranty. He was very thorough on the phone was followed up while my vehicle was being repaired.

As soon as you walk in the door someone is there to help you. No waiting.
Outstanding co-operation from the service department ( Chris Deen). Also, it was a feeling of satisfaction when Hyundai was able to approve the repair if my sun roof switch. Even though it was 3 month passed the warranty.
