The workmanship reflects a disrespect for the mechanics working at Parkway. There is systemic apathy that shows in careless, incomplete repairs. This has been brought to my attention when I had to have my car serviced at independant repair shops out of town.

It is the prompt service by Chris at this dealership. He remembered that I was in just a few weeks prior with low tire pressure and thought it could be something more involved.
I am very pleased with Parkway Volvo service. Because I have a Equus I have Christopher Brunk as my service technician and am very pleased. Nothing to do with the service but very disappointed in Hyundai for not continuing to make the Equus. I really love the car and now I understand the Equus values have fallen due to them replacing them with the Geniss (spelling).
Cars are investments and we as consumers don't expect this to happen. But love this car and have had all kinds before this: Mercedes, BMW , Lincoln and Cadillac.

Need better quality control...tire rotation includes pressure check...maybe you can actually do that next time so all my tires are the same instead of each being different and same as when I brought it in!

Never bought a car
They used my name and email for someone buying a car and can not seem to correct it. I have be sent mails that would allow to access his account so they are horrible with personal information. This has been going on for over a year and they still can’t correct it.
