I came in with no appointment but my Tucson is losing power & I have no extra car. Carlos made sure it would be done soon and indeed, I was out in less than 2 hours and everything was done for for free! Thanks guys and be safe!

Got me the cheapest deal possible
They've helped me so much by reducing costs and submitting reports in order to get the cheapest deal possible. They were able to get Hyundai to cover a $1,600 repair because of a recall from 3 years ago that I had no idea about. They've been nice and very helpful each step of the way.

I am so very sorry that we have failed to go over your paperwork upon taking off. I will make sure to have a conversation with my staff and cashiers that they need to make sure and go over paperwork very thoroughly. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. We have started to go paperless and I will look and see if we have emailed you a copy of the M.P.I ( multi point inspection) .

Amazing service....
Carlos and his crew were absolutely amazing. Best customer service ever. I will never take my car to be serviced to another dealership again. I ended at Temecula because I was told by Carlsbad that I would have to wait for two weeks for Carlsbad Hyundai to even diagnose my car even though the HEV system failure.light was on. I explained that my car was not drivable and purchased the extended warranty. They then proceeded to tell me I could get a rental car but would have to pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed. Not acceptable. I ended up taking my car to Temecula Hyundai on Monday morning. They provided me a rental car on the spot and fixed my car the same day. The staff exceeded my expectations...which I honestly have to say are high. Thank you Carlos for the amazing service.

Great Service
Have always received the needed service in as prompt a manner as possible. Have always been asked if I have any concerns about my vehicle. And I get it backed washed and vacuumed for free most of the times the car has been there for service. Plus the coffee machine in the waiting area has all the varieties one could want. The service technician I normally deal with, Carlos, has always been courteous and helpful. I feel like I'm meeting with an old friend when I take my car in for service.
