Okay; not the best value
Came in for paint peeling warranty. Also had: oil change, auto transmission service, tire rotation, and headlight lamps repaired. Over $400. NOT cheap. Plus, I am not sure about the paint job which has bubbled, and there is a small area already exposed.

My motor was sounding very bad. I brought it in. Apparently the motor in my Sonata had a recall or defect? Carlos Velasco check into it and determined this to be within the scope of the issue. He advised me that it was covered, and a new motor would be installed. My Sonata was fixed and returned to me as promised. I am, because Hyundai and Carlos owned the issue and resolved it, am a customer for life. This is how a business should handle these issues. I have been very happy with my Sonata a 2012. Carlos has always been a very professional service consultant. He is an excellent representative of Hyundai. He should be recognized.
