Good sales people, expensive servicing
Though I had a wonderful buying experience and love my car, I feel that the service was too expensive and I don't plan on returning for servicing.

We do apologize that you feel we are too expensive. We do use factory parts and our technicians are trained to work on your Hyundai.

Gave them a 4 star rating instead of 5 because they wanted to charge me to diagnose my transmission that has been acting up.its still under warranty and had to be replaced once at 25k miles.

Would have liked to have had the car washed, but sign said due to Water Shortage not allowed. Hmmm, EMWD sent me a notice some weeks ago declaring the water shortage to be over.

Compared to where I used to take it in LA, the service is much faster. It took them 1 hour to do my oil change where it takes the other dealer 3.
