First and last time bringing my car to Hyundai for service
I should have know better than to have had my car serviced by the same car company that sold me the car using false gas mileage claims (Google the class action law suite on that one). I brought my car in for routine maintenance and when I picked it up something was wrong with the front end. Now I have to inconvenience myself to bring my car back in to the service department so they can fix whatever the heck they did to it. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, but they somehow messed up my car doing routine maintenance - seriously overpriced.

Not owning a situation
I bought my car with only 4 moles on it, that were from me test driving it and shortly after my steering light came on. I took ut in multiple times and was told it was fixed untile the third time, they told me they needed to replace my steering column. After they replaced it my steering wheel was crooked and I brought it back, they said they fixed it. I drove it off the lot and it was not fixed, so I turned around had a tec deive with me and showed them the issue. He then took it back in and i guess temporarily fixed it. I say temporarily because when I went.baxk for my 20,000 mile service I received my car back with a crooked steering wheel, they told my i needed to get an alignment. (Did not own the situation after I told them this happend last time, so I had to spend money on an alignment) again temp fix. I came in for my 60,000 miles and agin after this service my wheel was not straight. I work and am unable to keep leaving work early to have them do what should have been done correct the first time. So I drove with a crooked steering wheel until I needed my next service, an oil change. I brought it in and let them know about my frustrations with my steering wheel and they again said it had nothing to do with them replacing my steering wheel but they would look at it. To my surprise (said in a sarcastic voice) I am still driving everyday on a dangerous road with a steering wheel. I use to own an acura and decided to trade it in for a Hyundai Sonata because of all the good things I have heard about the company and the car. My next car will not be a Hyundai because of the service I received and the frustration of driving with a crooked steering wheel. If the steering column would have not been replaced would and worked how it should have when I bought it would have been nice. But now I have an unsafe car that I am driving. Thank you Hyundai!

They just want to sell and lie to do it.
When I bought the car they offered the maintenance plan, assuring me that with it I would not have to pay anything for maintenance, well that was a lie, it's only oil changes, so anything else I have to pay, and they are expensive. Also they convinced me to add the Data Dots, so I did, but they "forgot" to put them in the car or ever mention anything else about them, they only put them almost 1 year after because I asked them about it. Also on car washes, they assured me the car would be washed every time it was there for maintenance service or repair, and I have been there a few times already and not once they have washed it, so they lied on that too, they say the policy changed to "save water" but I still have to wash the car, so they are not saving water, just saving money by not washing it as they originally promised.
When I got the car I thought I had a fair deal, but now I'm really feel cheated and disappointed.
I have told them this in reviews and in person face to face to the service guys, and they just say I'm sorry but have not made one single attempt to fix or improve the situation.

I do apologize about the experience and mis communication that has happened to you. this is not the way we do business. I am going to reach out to my General Manager when he gets back from vaction to contact you.
A few thing's I can clear up ;
1. Your maintenance plan does cover tire rotations, they cover them every other oil change. So , your first visit here was just the oil change the second time you were here included the oil change and tire rotation.
2. We were asked to do our part with the drought and stop washing cars, as many of the dealerships in town have stopped also. Unfortunatly we do not have a recycled water car wash like the car wash places have. It had nothing to do with cost as it was done for the Enviorment We hope to start washing cars again soon .
3. As far as the Data Dots, we call every customer after they purchase a vehicle to follow up and schedule apppintments for added on items, I can only apologize at this point if you were not called. I am glad that it did get done as our intention is to have our customers feel welcome and trust us.
I hope this clears some things up and hope that we can restore a better relationship with you as we appriciate your business.

I want to apologize that it took so long, but I did look up your visit and there was also a recall on your vehicle that we took care of while you were here, which is why it took longer.
If you are here for an oil change with an appointment it is normally 45 mintes to an hour.
