I was told that my first oil change would be free but when I went to pick up my car I had a bill to pay. I mentioned what I was told and they took care of the service for me! Very honorable!

The service dept is always happy, kind and helpful. I have to trust that they do what they say they did :)
I'm not super impressed by the sales staff as I am subject to their antics and conxersations while I wait. I also get annoyed to watch the staff enjoy the beverages I believe are for customers (customers pay for service, I expect that the beverages are paid for from the $ made from paying customers.)

Asked dealer to hook up bluetooth to smart phone, they said they would, the paper work said it was done, but it was not. There was dirt and paper discarded on the floor.
