Have used the service department at this dealership for the past 4 and 1/2 years and have always received professional service. Their service consultants (esp. Carlos Velasco) answer my queries with understandable replies. If they do not have the answer they find out what the correct reply is and do not try to BS their way out of it.

I am impressed @ how well a job your employees @ this location in Temecula Hyundai interact with customers.
I have recently visited the dealership 2wice w/in a month I think. 1st with Travis & lastly w/Carlos (I believe). From the moment I dropped off my car ur dealership valet was friendly & professional (a tall young mall). The waiting area is beautifully comfortable with warm drinks.
Your service folks in parts & service are and have been attentive & helpful. I believe this is a wonderful place to work because it shows in my interaction w/all employees.

 I'm sorry you are not happy with our service department. I have helped you and Joyce many times throughout the years and thought we had a GREAT relationship. I am sorry that you feel the price for labor was unacceptable. You had signed for the service being performed and authorized the additional repairs as well.  I made sure you were fully aware of the cost of the service. I know that you are not coming back to see us and am very sorry to end out 4 year relationship over a concern about labor. I have called you over the last couple of days to talk to you about any questions you may have and no answer. I wish you the best of luck with taking your vehicles elsewhere for maintenance. Hope you have a great night.
