I no longer wish to do business with the dealership in Laurel, MD.
I was waited on immediately and my oil was changed and tires rotated in a timely fashion. The manager greeted me and got the paper work started. Then Darnell Brown conpleted the customer service. Very pleased with the staff.

Most horrible service ever
I hated getting my oil changed at this place because it took 3 hours to complete although nothing was truly wrong with my car. I will never get my car serviced there again.

Took care of the problem
My newly leased vehicle was shaking when I applied the brakes on the highway so I brought it in to see what was going on. They were able to identify and fix the problem and had the vehicle back to me the same day free of charge. It's nice to see they stand behind their products and they made the process very easy.

Extended hours to 4.30pm
There's room for improvement in the area of scheduling an appointment. I had to take off work because I need to service my car. The lady on the phone insisted that the latest time is 3pm. I told her I close from work at 3.30pm and she said sorry that's the last spot available. That don't sound customer friendly
