Customer service is exceptional. the wait area is very clean.
This is the closest to where I live and work but the cost for service is too high. I had to go to Capitol Heights to change my brakes there was a big difference in the price I was quoted at College park and the Price I paid at Capitol Heights and they accept walk in even on weekends on a first come first serve. We cannot do walk in with College even in an emergency which is very inconvenient.

I highly recommend Hyandai of College Park service center.They greet me as soon as I walk in the door and were ready to help.They took time to go over all necessary work being done to my vehicle provided me with real live time for the work and most importantly accurate pricing.Even when the work was done, Donnell took the time to go over everything a second time and gave me recommendations for my vehicle with an explanation for each.This was my second visit to Hyandai of College Park and I recommend them and will be returning for follow up maintenance.

My original appointment was for 12 on a saturday i emailed the service dept asking for something earlier but they advise they could only try and as soon as i got in they got the job done within 45mins quick and easy and done done 11! happy they accommodated my needs highly recommend this area/location

I had an excellent experience getting my first oil change. No appointment, however they had me out of there in 30 minutes.
