Awesome job!!!!

Everyone there is very very nice! My original dealership was WIN Hyundai in Carson, but im so happy I came into Hyundai Puente hills! I was very pleased with costumer service and my overall experience! The guy who helped me in the service department “Javier” was awesome!

Recall service

Both recalls, brake pedal stopper and ECM reprogram, were done quickly while I waited. The car runs great, we achieved 38 mpg on a trip to Las Vegas. The service personnel and technicians did an excellent job.

Always phenomenal service!

I enjoy going to his location, literally everyone is so friendly! Javier helped me this time and he was excellent! I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Despite having a bit of a wait to service my vehicle, I honestly don't even mind. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, snacks provided are a definite plus too!

1st pre-paid maintenance experience A+

Last weekend I went for my first pre-paid scheduled maintenance at 7,500 miles. I worked with service advisor Javer Esquivel and he took care of me very well during my entire time at PH Hyundai. Since this was my first time doing maintenance at PH, he showed me what was covered by my pre-paid plan and gave me details about everything that would be inspected/repaired that day. My entire experience went smoothly and I would definitely recommend my friends/family to come here. Javer was very welcoming and more than willing to educate me and answer any questions that I had.

Engine light service

The service was very good. Wouldn’t recommend Hyundai brand to anyone. My engine light has gone on every few months. Currently I just have 55,000 miles. I bought a new car so I wouldn’t have to worry. But the Puente Hills Hyundai has good service.
