Making good of a bad situation!
It would be too easy (& maybe even justified) to just complain that I did experience a problem right after my 30k-mile service!
But these things happen (on occasion) to everyone at any service & repair center! The difference comes with how the people responsible make good of a bad situation!
Javer was sincere in his apology (even though HE didn't do anything wrong)... and went far beyond what was expected to rectify the problem!
This is how "Customer Service" should always be ... and Javer knows this in spades! Not fake shallow meaningless platitudes ... but sincere empathy combined with quick and gratifying solutions! Thanks Javer ... you are truly a good and decent man! ^_^

I made the appointment the night before. I was greeted by a representative promptly and directed to my service representative, Javer. Javer checked my service record and told me I needed an oil change this visit. The service was preformed and vehicle washed. As always, I was treated very well by your dealership.
