He was professional .I was given detail as to what i will need for my car maintenance with costs. I didn't have to do all of it at once and recommend what i can do first.

Best service from Jae.
I probably got the best service from Jae. There were many things that weren’t right with my car, so I took it into service. I talked to Jae about the problems I have been having, and he made sure those problems were fixed. I left my car for about a week with PH Hyundai, but was not worried at all because Jae updated every situations on my car.

Service Counter Great. Mechanics not so much
Jay Lee will always get a perfect rating in my book. Courteous. Attentive. Helpful. He gets a perfect score. The mechanic/mechanics who toiled over the a/c of my car, get a sad face with a tear emoji. I’m not sure under what circumstances they tested my car after the first time they worked on the a/c to tell Jay that it was ready and that it was freezing cold when they tested it. Not so when I drove the car home. If it weren’t for my partner needing to get to work that day, I would have driven the car right back. A friend of my had told me one of her friends experienced similar issues with their Hyundai and after all was said and done, Hyundai refunded the entire cost of the car because it was a lemon. I kinda think if you had to replace the entire a/c of the new vehicle, the car was likely a lemon when we leased it.

Went on a Saturday morning as soon as they opened at 8 am. Was helped right away by Jae who helped me address my concerns about my vehicle. I was in and out in a little over an hour. They checked my vehicle and pointed out my car had no issues of concern. Thanks a lot guys!
