They were quick and efficient. Stayed on time for my appointment. Also let me know a brake light was out, checked fluids and other items. Was not pressured either for those issues.

I can do them myself, but always appreciate them letting me know and then not pressuring me.

My experience was okay, I was just not sure that everything was done because the work was done in less than 2 hours. This was for the 15,000 mile check up. I hope everything was done. It cost me over $200.00.

I have had my headliner replaced, but the bulge is still there on the passenger front side. When James called he said Problem still there so headliner replacement did not matter. He was going to take pictures and send to some field engineer for Hyundai since this is being seen on all Sonatas.

great service by highly trained technicians
the service on my Hyundai SantaFe was outstanding, quick and efficient. However, there were some recommendations from the service manager that I question.
1. Front end alignment was done at 14,000 miles, tires rotated and computer balanced.
2. Tires out of balance already at 21,000 miles? tires rotated and balanced again, and fuel treatment added.
3. Front end alignment needed again at 25,000 miles?. had tires rotated and balanced again for 3rd time.......
4. Throttle body cleaning needed? on an GDI fuel injected engine? really?...replaced cabin filter and engine filter again..
5. I understand that recommended service needs to be done at different periods, but I am beginning to question why it needs to be done so frequently, especially front end alignments and wheels getting out of balance so quickly. I feel alignments if done properly, should last quite a bit longer than this, and also how good is your computer at wheel balancing, if it needs to done over and over again so quickly? please think about this when you tell your customers this.
