Great Service with a Smile

I leased my first Hyundai in 2011 and, at the end the lease got another Hyundai. That lease ended, and now I am driving my third Hyundai. During the six and and a half years, I made the mistake once of taking my Santa Fe to a different Hyundai dealership for service. Never again. Service at Wesley Chapel Hyundai is the only place I will go. Their service managers are knowledgeable, kind, courteous and always keep me informed of the progress of the service and/or repairs. While waiting for my car, I wait in the impeccably clean and very comfortable waiting area. I usually take my laptop and use the free WiFi to get caught up on work. If I need something to drink, complimentary tea and coffee are always available. Hyundai Wesley Chapel is definitely the place to go if you are looking for real service with a smile.

Not so great due to lack of communication.

Overall experience what's the lack of three stars. Communication level needs much improvement. Service writers need quite a bit of polishing in grammar and presentation.

I did not buy the car at Hyundai of Wesley Chapel. The sales people were impossible to deal with. I took the car there for service for convenients. The service people and the service were the best. I DO recommend the service department. I DO NOT recommend the sales department.

Indifferent service; great vehicles

While this is our 4th Hyundai at this dealership, the service seems to be more and more inefficient. Longer times to wait while your car is serviced, getting your appointment takes 3 or 4 steps and yet you get 5 or 6 reminders to get your service done in 30 days, then soon , then 10 days,then x miles and then a postcard! And the mileage isn't even at service time yet.! Yikes.

The resolved my issue timely

Overall, a four star rating. Typically I rate the dealership as 5 star. However, this service was to correct an issue with the 9/17/17 service. The engine oil was severely over filled and the tires on my Santa Fe were filled to 51 lbs. Very concerning, but resolved on my latest visit.
