Rattling noise finally resolved.
It took a few tries but the service department finally figured out the cause of a rattling noise coming from the rear of the car. Special thanks to parts department manager Jay who is the one who made the extra effort to sit in the car and figure out where the noise was coming from.

Great Service in a timely manner!
A bit of a problem with a wait for an oil change and a warranty repair (replace parking brake light switch).
But service was full-up, and the dealer could only handle so many cars at a time. I do not count this as a problem.
