Slow for a routine oil change
Work on the car was what was expected....it was an oil change and a tire rotation. Made an appointment prior to going into the dealership. Waited over two hours to complete a simple oil change and tire rotation. I want to use Hyundai service but its these excessive waits that make me think to look at other options.
