Car exhibited a challenging problem that apparently defied even the factory reps, and required several trips to the dealership. In consideration of the time the problem took to resolve, the dealership exhibited some appreciated good-will in taking care of some small items not covered under warranty.

James was very nice. Last time I came for an oil change I waited for over two hours despite making an appt. This time was much quicker and James was very friendly and helpful. I will come back if all my experiences are like this one.
