Service advisors core interest is in the upsell. Not likely they read the online appointment (haven't read my online appointment info multiple times). I restated my request upon arrival to service advisor only to be ignored with the upsell and oversight to a specific request. Actual service work is good. Service advisors below average.

I did not receive a 10% off coupon for the service provided. Even when we talked about it prior to service. would have saved me about $15.00.
