Since the purchase of our Hyundai, we were committed to having the vehicle meet all of it's scheduled maintenance requirements. We choose the dealership because they are the most knowledgeable and experienced with my Hyundai.

Temporary fix
I was told the problem was resolved. Not that the switch would need replacing. It took 45 mins just to tell me that if the switch was replaced it'd be covered under warranty, when I asked if the technicians COULD possibly move the seat back so I'd be able to drive the vehicle comfortably, it was another nearly 40 mins before I inquired if my vehicle was ready; I had noticed it sitting outside the shop.
Tge switch failed again within 24hrs and I took my vehicle to another Hyundai dealership for repairs. Which is where I will go in future.

No sense of service.
How has this business recieved so many stars for service?? Unless its all family, employees and friends writing reviews.
No sense of urgency in the service department. I used to work in the business, for Honda and Acura and our managers/owners would have been appalled by the the experience I have had on three separate occasions.
Simple problems are opportunities for outstanding service.
Big fail.

I do great apologize parts where not in stock. Our technician was able to free up the limit switch to get the seat working till parts arrived. Thank you for your feedback and we will do our best to learn from this.

Amazing!
Since I bought my Sonata from Everett Hyundai I've always taken it to them for the service or when the fuel pump needed to be replaced. They complete the services so quickly. They are always so friendly and professional.
