The customer service of the sales and service staff.
The willingness to listen to my mechanical issue and provide suggestions for resolve. We were provided a loaner car with gas with little to no long drawn out process and the expeditious handling of our mechanical issue that brought our vehicle into the shop. Everyone was very helpful and we appreciated it!
