Service department seems to take shortcuts. Parts department tried to gouge.
Car was not vacuumed, as reported on the service order. Report stated that a rear wheel was not properly aligned - but the service rep said that the alignment machine was broken, and everything was really OK. Parts department tried to charge additional fees at delivery for parts that that were ordered and had been paid for in advance.

It's been better, but apparently I'm not special enough.
I love Hyundai. With a few minor setbacks I've felt overall they got the job done with the two cars I've had. THAT being said this last oil change was the worst. Two oil changes previous the car was not vacuumed. Apparently the vaccum had been "out" for months? Multiple recalls which I was only unaware of when setting up an appt. A 45 min oil change resulted in two years after so said I would schedule another appt for the recalls. I was never actually informed after the two hours if the recalls were taken care of (have to look at receipt). Price of oil change went up atleast $20 even with the %15 discount for the license plate cover I was still paying close to $100. When I got my car the carpet was barely touched. Only the mats were kinda vaccumed but the carpet underneath was still heavily debreed. The back seat carpets were nouns touched at all. I asked the tech about that and he informed me that they never vacuum the back carpet and apparently this has been a "forever" procedure. It is only a "Special Request". Not sure what that means, but I guess you have to be special to even know it's a special request. I can only say if you spend that much on an oil change the whole car should be vacuumed and washed at the dealership. I would give Hyundai a 3 star all over but for this experience I can only give 1. I tried to change to a three star but it wouldn't let me.

Just went in for my routine service and as always James was very attentive and accommodating. I needed a referral for a new windshield and he was able to help me with that. In and out in about 45 min. I'm always happy I bought my Hyundai from Hyundai of Everett.

Respect, direct, clean, and always on time!
Every trip to Hyundai Everett maintenance we are greeted with a smile, receive information directly and with respect. This may sound strange, but for me personally it's a big deal--I'm a women in my late fifties I've had car dealers treat me like I'm an idiot and try to sell me what's not needed. Here at Everett Hyundai I receive the truth, I'm not pressured into something. I'm given the facts and they listen to my questions letting me come to my decision. Never thought I'd say I love a car lot/maintenance company--but four Hyundais later 3 with Everett speaks volumes. Thank you

Price changes have me thinking changing dealership.
