Best Service You Can Find!!!
I tell everyone I know about this dealership. They give you the best service, they have kept the same core people and do a great job of promoting within. James is fantastic and they all remember me, which I find extremely important. It is so nice to go to a shop where you feel welcome and actually part of the team sometimes. I know my Santa Fe is in good hands when I bring her here.

Wirth the extra
We took our car into a franchised shop to save money and the car started acting worse. I called Hyundai of Everett and James told me to bring the car in. We found out the other shop forgot to re-seal the transmission and the car was a pint low and they used incompatible tranny fluid!!! He worked with me to get the price down to flush the transmission to where I could afford it. Next time they are our first stop!

The service department took us right in when our electronics went south. We had to wait until the next morning when their mechanic looked it over first thing. They had us back on the road by 10:00 AM with a coupon for a car wash! Great people to deal with!
