For the issues, I have notated your account with a complimentary oil change and wash, vacuum, window cleaning, and tire shine service with no expiration electronically for future use. The service staff, are friendly and helpful. It would help if all the employees at the computers in the service dept. were more responsive. They kind of keep talking and do not greet the customer immediately, even with no one in front of them. The young man that helped me was great. Sorry do't have his name.

Thanks so much for your review, David! We apologize that the rim was unrepairable due to the nature of the damage. If the wheel repair company feels that the integrity of the repair wheel would not be up to par then they do not try and perform the repair for your safety. The Finance department does offer a tire and wheel protection plan for any future events that would cover instances like this moving forward. Keith the Service Mgr was the best. He explain exactly what needed to be done and sent and detail e mail to when and how much the charge will be. I have not had this kind of service for over 3 years. one problem after another and I went some place else. He was honest and straight forward and did the work the way it should be done. Excellent
