New tires and alignment
I called to see if the buy 3 tires and get the 4th for $1 and it was. The parts person said that there was only 3 tires in stock and the 4th tire would be coming on a truck the following day.
I made the appointment for the following Monday just to be sure the tire came in. When I called
Monday morning I was told the tire had not come in so I had to reschedule until the following
Thursday. If I had not called I would have been very unhappy with the news that the tire had not come in and the service rep would have tried to sell me something else and I would have refused.
I do not want to answer the question about recommending the business.

Waited between 2-2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change. Supervisor present gave multiple excuses and did not act like he cared that the wait was so long. I would simply rather pay slightly more money than waste hours of my time for simple maintenance to be completed.

We will look at our scheduling and see what we need to change to make the wait time more acceptable. I remember notating your account last July with a complimentary oil change that you utilized this visit. If you have any more details regarding your experiencing please share that with me so we can relay to the staff and try and improve moving forward. We apologize again for the inconvenience we caused you, that was not our intention. I hope Justin was great with you otherwise and provided you with 5 star service, this does reflect him as well. Our oil change wait times usually average around an hour to complete with the inspection we perform as part of that service, two hours is not acceptable and we need to correct that moving forward. Please feel free to reach out to me if I can assist you further, we do hope for another opportunity to change your perception.

Have tried their best but still not fixed
My car had what we all thought was a tire out of balance but after all new tires, checking rims, numerous balancings, and still has a bad vibration. If they can not find problem will have to “ Lemon Law” vehicle.
