I remember notating your account last July with a complimentary oil change that you utilized this visit. If you have any more details regarding your experiencing please share that with me so we can relay to the staff and try and improve moving forward. Our oil change wait times usually average around an hour to complete with the inspection we perform as part of that service, two hours is not acceptable and we need to correct that moving forward.
