Thank you for your business, we value your feedback and will use it to make changes. We have currently started a remodel of our building and will have upgraded furniture when the new lounge is complete there will also be vending machines in the new lounge as well as the complementary watter and coffee. The testing to make sure of the repair for an evap leak does take time to run the whole cycle, and once the repair is made we run it again to verify the repair. I will follow up with your advisor about explaining the time required to make the diagnosis and repair.
