Big thanks to Mary Carter who got to me in less than a minute when I was dropping off my vehicle and handled it all for me very professionally. Mary also arranged a shuttle to come and pick me up when my vehicle was done everything was quick and done correctly and everyone was courteous

OIL CHANGE AND COMPUTER UPDATE RECALL
Communication was good and no issues with the work completed other than it took longer than I was expecting. Took almost an hour and a half for an oil change an a computer update. Dealership is suggesting an oil change be done every 3750 miles which is half of what the maintenance book recommends. I usually get them done at 5000 miles anyway just because traffic is heavier in this area and its much easier to remember to get them done on an even mileage like 5000, 10,000 15,000 etc. All other aspects of the visit went ok.

Hold music is terrible. If you get put on hold get ready to be taken back to the mid 80’s arcade electric avenue robotic atmosphere.

The only reason I cannot give a 5 star is their car wash needs to be improved. It bent my custom license plate cover and they did not notify me or try to fix or offer reimbursement. Had they done just one of those things I would be completely satisfied.

Good service --Bad Navigation Systems
I like the service department. They have been great . . . except for (in my old car) when my phone would not work with the Navigation System (from day 1). They could not fix that. I pushed all the way up, and was told that some phones just do not work. Blah. Blah. Blah. Their System was Bad! Thing is, I really liked my car, except for that one really annoying thing. So I spent thousands of dollars to purchase a new Hyundai that I love. Yeah, I spent thousands of dollars for a Navigation System (that works) in the same car that I had previously. Stupid, right? So now, every time I go to the service department I feel Stupid. What can Hyundai do to improve? They can give me a rebate on the cost of the Navigation System.
