Great service, but stop with the emails
The actual service was great. The staff were very friendly and I had no complaints. However, the excessive amount of emails that now fill my inbox since the service and even a text requesting i fill out this survey is somewhat irksome. Reviews should come from honest customers who felt the need to provide feedback, be it good or bad, and customers such as myself shouldn't feel harassed into submitting a survey.

Mary Carter was the reason I decided to stay with Hiley Hyundai of Burleson. Mary's customer service skills and professionalism are second to none. I supervise a 15 agents team in a call center. I've listen to hundreds of calls, received hundreds of hours in training, and read more than a 100 books in customer service, leadership and business administration. We keep going back
Hiley had a great deal when we bought the car.
I have been very pleased with the service everytime since then.
It has been two years since purchase. Every other time I have bought a car, I have long moved on to the neighborhood oil change places by now.
Not with Hiley. I love the service there, so I keep going back.

I have always have Hiley do the service, because they are always fast and dependable. Mary helps me and always can answer my questions, friendly and does a fantastic job. I have recommended Hiley to friend and we have brought out 2005 Hyundai for service. Great job and Merry Christmas and great 2020!
