I never have a problem when asking for a service appointment. The Service group are very helpful. From the time we purchased the Santa Fe sport my experience with Hiley has been great.

So happy to have a good Hyundai dealer in Burleson. Service department is efficient and timely and I appreciated not being pressured into repairs. When the time comes to trade in, I hope the sales team is as easy to work with.

It was a terrible experience, from 2 missed diagnosis, me financing the repair from a company they recommended, me having to take my car to a different repair shop,(required by my warranty company for a new diagnosis) that I have to pay for again. So I left with a $1000 bill and the same issue; not to mention that they had my car for almost 3 months. But they want a 5 star review.

Mr. Aplin, 

I apologize about the experience.  The diagnosis however, was correct.  Your extended warranty company provided a used transmission as a replacement, and the used transmission also had a mechanical issue.  After the the extended warranty paid for the original repair, the extended warranty company made the decision to have you take the vehicle somewhere else.  Unfortunately, the request from your extended warranty company, and the parts they send, are out of our control.  I hope they get it resolved for you.

I've already given feedback a few days ago. I would say my biggest difficulty with companies in general is receiving multiple requests to do reviews. After I give the first one, I feel I should be done.

My service appointment with Mary C. was painless. At 7:30 am she was phenomenal. She explained everything I needed in detail. She even prioritized the services I needed to have done over the next few months. Her estimate of my wait time was spot on. Everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs. I moved from out of state and chose this dealer over another group. Always great service. I recently had car trouble and took it there to be looked at. I decided against repair and purchased another brand. My reason for the new brand has nothing to do with the dealership in any form. If someone were interested in Hyundai, I would send them to hiley burleson

I have always been able to depend on the Hiley team to take care of my car. They are aware of all recalls and have notified me before they start work on an unexpected problem. Pricing has always been fair and they provide rentals when necessary.
